A Great Summer sizzler. This recipe is quick, easy and yummy. I did mine on a BBQ – but of course you can cook yours indoors (especially as the clouds seems to be looming heavy overhead again).
Not only does this dish look like you’re a culinary expert and have spent a great deal of time and effort slaving over a hot stove, but its endlessly fascinating too with all the weird and wonderful mushrooms!
Stir fry prawns with lots garlic, onions and mushrooms and other assorted fresh vegetables of your choice (this one uses chopped peppers and long green beans). The trick is to toss the ingredients in layers and take it off the heat before you loose the crunch of the fresh veg. Watch the full recipe on the video below and let me know what you think!
